Follow your first China parcel forwarding order: use the warehouse address and customer ID, register tracking, review arrival photos and approve packing and dispatch.
Your seller can deliver within China, but you need the parcel sent overseas. China parcel forwarding bridges those two deliveries: the seller sends to a Chinese warehouse, then you arrange the international shipment from there.
Before ordering, confirm that the goods and your destination can use the service. If you are choosing a provider, read the warehouse and claim terms to check. The steps below are for the first parcel after you have chosen one.
1. Copy your assigned warehouse details
Get the current address, recipient, telephone number and your customer or warehouse ID from your account. Keep the Chinese address as provided. Do not replace it with an old address from an article or another customer’s screenshot.
The customer ID links the parcel to your account. Ask where it belongs in the seller’s address form before placing the order. Keep a copy of the completed address.
2. Register the domestic tracking number
After the seller ships, save the Chinese carrier name and tracking number in your parcel record. Where available, attach the seller order number and item description as well.
A carrier’s “delivered” scan and a warehouse’s completed arrival record are separate events. If the parcel has been delivered but is missing from your account, send those details to support. The warehouse receiving checklist explains the records that help trace a parcel.
3. Review arrival information before requesting packing
Check the parcel count, photos and any damage notice. If you need a size label, accessory photo or additional check, request it before the warehouse closes the parcel for export.
Waiting for several orders? Check each parcel’s storage start date and the seller’s return window. A later purchase arriving next week does not necessarily extend an earlier seller’s return deadline.
4. Give clear packing instructions
Identify which parcels to send and which to leave in storage. Say whether retail boxes must stay, whether spare outer cartons can be removed and which items need extra protection.
Before combining goods, use the pre-consolidation checklist. Batteries, liquids, fragile items or oversized goods may need different handling or routes; confirm the actual combination before authorizing work.
5. Review the final shipping proposal
Confirm the packed weight, dimensions, chargeable weight, route, destination address and what the price includes. Ask which charges, if any, may be collected at destination. An estimate made before packing can differ from the final quote.
For a home delivery in Qatar, use the Building, Street and Zone address worksheet to confirm the recipient fields and final label before approving this proposal.
Do not approve dispatch while the item record, address or quote is still wrong. Once you have accepted the proposal and met the payment requirements, retain the international tracking number and the final packing record.
If the first parcel gets stuck
- Missing arrival record: send domestic tracking, delivery evidence and your customer ID.
- Wrong or damaged item: request a hold before export and ask about a domestic return.
- Unexpected shipping quote: ask for the measurements and billing rule used.
- No international tracking update: ask whether the warehouse has handed the parcel to the carrier, rather than assuming that order submission means dispatch.
